Want a faster, more accurate estimate?

The single best thing you can do right now is send us photos of your windows. With a few good pictures, we can often give you a ballpark estimate the same day — sometimes within an hour — without waiting for an in-person visit.

Here's what to send:

What to Photograph

  1. The whole window from inside — step back about 6 feet so we see the full frame, sashes, and surrounding wall.

  2. The whole window from outside — same idea, full view including the exterior trim and sill.

  3. Close-ups of any damage you're concerned about:

    • Rotten or soft wood (especially on sills and lower sash rails)

    • Cracked or missing glazing putty

    • Broken or fogged glass

    • Peeling paint

    • Anywhere you see daylight, drafts, or water damage

  4. A close-up of the latch or lock area — this tells us a lot about the window's age and mechanism.

  5. If the window won't open or close, a photo or short video showing the problem.

Don't worry about photo quality — your phone camera is fine. Natural daylight works best. Five to ten photos is usually plenty.
